Job Summary

We are a small but rapidly growing company that provides custom branded apparel to schools and businesses throughout Canada. We are a leader in our industry and are passionate about the quality of product, service and experience we provide.

We have an immediate opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team. The successful candidate will

  • Be ambitious and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Be a quick learner with excellent computer and typing skills
  • Have previous sales experience and enjoy the selling process
  • Have knowledge of clothing styles and fashion trends
  • Be Self-confident with a proven work ethic
  • Be Organized and able to follow through on multiple tasks

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Providing exceptional customer service by phone, email & online chat
  • Maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new ones
  • Assessing customer needs and acquiring required design information
  • Providing customers quotes and pricing
  • Act as liaison between customer and graphic artists to achieve the required results
  • Creating work orders for production
  • Ordering required products from suppliers
  • Invoicing customers through web-based application
  • Setting up custom online stores through our web-based system
  • Managing and publishing to social media sites
  • Assisting production team when required

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong Sales or Retail & Customer Service Experience
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor
  • Organized with great attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills and comfortable working in MS Office and a variety of web-based applications
  • Comfortable working in a Mac environment
  • Some knowledge of Photoshop, In-Design and Adobe Illustrator a definite asset
