Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Recent experience with scheduling, ESP and payroll required. Familiarity with applicable collective agreements applying to the PLC Emergency Department. Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills required. Able to work in a stressful and changing environment with frequent interruptions.

Preferred Qualifications:

3-5 years of recent experience scheduling in a critical care area preferred. Experience with online ordering of supplies and equipment. Proficient in Microsoft including Word and Excel preferred.
