Department Overview
Personal Banking Delivery Excellence (PBDE) is transforming to deliver digitally-enabled customer solutions, servicing and advice. The chosen candidate will work collaboratively across our Personal Banking Operations businesses and various enterprise partners.

Job Description
Responsible for:
  • Providing sound knowledge and leadership of quality related issues impacting processes provided by Offshore Vendor
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure operational requirements of each project/process are achieved
  • Providing accurate documentation of business process defects detected
Reports to Leadership Team
  • Compile reports and distribute quality tracking and trending to Performance Analyst and operation unit
  • Actively monitor Offshore Vendor adherence to quality standards and support contract or SLA negotiations
  • Be knowledgeable and comply with Bank industry code of conduct and regulatory requirements in order to mitigate risk by ensuring processes meet audit and compliance requirements, and take corrective action when necessary
  • Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems, options and recommendations for prompt resolution (Incident Tracker, OPS Control, etc)
  • Keep current with key business initiatives and issues and develop an understanding of critical business success factors
  • Identify, take ownership and/or assist with the escalation of issues as appropriate
  • Demonstrate the ability to influence and impact our partners (internal/external) as it relates to projects impacting onshore and offshore
  • Contribute to CPA year over year lean expense synergies as required not sure what CPA is (you can update or remove)
  • All results are recorded and deliver the desired results
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with business partners, key stakeholders and/or external partners to ensure customer needs are considered in strategic decisions and in the development of options, solutions and alternatives
  • Participate with Genpact Quarterly Surveys
  • Work with Audit/SOX to gather information and/or retrieve Genpact work.
  • Ensure reporting is up to date and provided to Sr. Business Analyst
  • Projects (testing, update procedures, communications, COR/OOR, publishing, training, update QC)
  • Act as a peer mentor to others on the team
  • Lead and execute quality analysis on more complex businesses
  • Independently ensure robust mitigation plans are made for each defect identified
  • Effectively use Lean SS tools as part of the quality analysis
  • Effectively analyze trending of defects identified
  • Demonstrate an ability to think about and identify improved quality strategies/concepts to ensure scorecards are kept current
  • Demonstrate the ability to present a balanced view of other's strengths and weaknesses through effective reporting
  • Demonstrate the ability to deliver negative information in a manner that still engenders a positive impact
  • Demonstrate effective relationship management skills to build productive rapport with existing and new vendors and drive vendor accountability
  • Effectively communicate the needs of BKS to contribute to a legendary customer experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced operations environment
  • Ability to drive change and escalate issues to vendors and executive when needed
