Site Training Administrator Jobs Vacancy in Aecom Fort McMurray Jobs Details:
AECOM a premier, fully integrated global infrastructure firm currently seeking a Site Training Administrator to be located at CNRL Albian in Northern Alberta. This is a long-term position on a 4 days on 3 days off rotation with camp provided on site.
May include the following responsibilities:
+ Control and distribution of incoming correspondence.
+ Collection and actioning of outgoing correspondence.
+ Assist our CNRL client in creating training materials for CNRL contractors
+ Facilitate and coordinate training material and classes
+ Organize vendors for training courses held onsite
+ Monthly supply Orders.
+ Creating PO’s.
+ Craft and Staff Expense forms.
+ General filing.
+ Provide general office support to all site personnel.
+ Assist with flight bookings and flight reports for all staff and craft employees.
+ Assist in Deduction letters to craft.
+ Review and schedule applicable safety training.
+ Assist with Onboarding and terminations when required.
+ Meet and greet new hires on orientation days to assist them to site.
+ Create and distribute NOC’s, DOA’s to Head office.
+ Coordinate with Head Office for all payroll queries and follow current query procedure.
+ Balancing data entry daily, when required.
+ Maintain the Vacation Tracker of all staff.
+ Coordinate and assist in the preparation of reports as required.
+ Actively participate and identify areas of improvement and provide solutions.
+ Create and maintain vehicle passes, visitor passes as requested.
+ Staff registration forms for all new hire staff members.
+ Other reception duties as required.
+ High School Diploma.
+ Minimum 1 year of related work experience required.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
+ Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Comfortable and excited about learning and using new systems and software
+ Must have CSTS 09 Ticket.
+ Previous site administrative experience is a must
+ Live plant experience is a must
+ Able to work in camp environment.
+ Able to travel, if and when required.
+ This position will be required to drive a vehicle on behalf of AECOM and therefore will require the candidate to submit a satisfactory drivers abstract for review and must have Class 5 Alberta Driver's license
+ Administrative Diploma would be an asset.
+ Experience with Visio program is preferred
+ Experience with using Lean Six Sigma is preferred
