Completion of Calgary Zone Scheduler training and orientation with a passing final grade.Preferred Qualifications:
Post-secondary education; completion of program preferred. Current experience working in an AHS Workforce centralized ESP Staffing Service Centre. Demonstrated proficiency in Time Card Auditing, Short Call and Advance Booking. 3 – 5 years of experience in a customer service environment. Payroll experience. Call center experience. Experience with scheduling software (Kronos, ESP). Experience working in a unionized, health care and/or 24/7 environment.
