Our platform and system teaches community-minded real estate agents how to become the Digital Mayor of their community. By sponsoring their neighbourhood on Parkbench.com our real estate agents are growing their database by 10X in their first year, consistently getting more clients and referrals in their community and having fun while doing it!
Your job is to call and qualify real estate agents to sell them exclusivity to their neighbourhood website on Parkbench.com. We work with one real estate agent per neighbourhood.

- Must LOVE talking on the phone!
- Must be able to quickly and efficiently learn and use Salesforce
- Excellent ability to communicate in English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
- High energy and always have a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Your day to day role:
- Cold calling: 100+ calls a day
- Calling inbound leads
- Self prospecting real estate agents who look like they are community-minded
- Prioritize and organize the lead pipeline for maximum efficiency on a daily basis
- Booking Demos
- Present demo over the phone
- Stay Up-to-Date with the the real estate industry
- Ensure all sales activities are recorded, tracked and accurate in Salesforce
- Close deals
- Build relationships with your clients to generate future referrals and renewals
