Assistant Ceo Office Jobs Vacancy in Michael Health Group Edmonton Jobs Details:

St. Michael’s Health Group requires a Temporary full time(14 months) Assistant, CEO’s Office.

Candidates must be highly motivated, well organized and capable of multi-tasking, to perform a variety of secretarial and clerical support functions within the CEO’s office that include sales of Baba’s Own Products and a relief of the Senior Receptionist.

Hours: 0800-1615, Monday - Friday.

The successful candidate will possess intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Publisher). A key-stroke speed of at least 45-55 wpm is required. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic are essential. Candidates must be capable of functioning effectively with frequent interruption and possess excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in a secretarial/clerical/retail position is required. Basic accounting experience as well as knowledge of operating debit/credit card machines is an asset. A secretarial/business certificate is preferred.
