Administrative Assistant Receptionist Jobs Vacancy in Inkas Group Companies Toronto Jobs Details:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer phone calls; sort incoming mail; take care of the visitors; receive courier packages;
  • Maintain files and databases, maintain internal company portal, schedule appointments and meetings, perform data entry as needed;
  • Make travel arrangements for Company workers, arrange Visa applications if required;
  • Responsible for arranging shipping documents on a daily basis (Canada, US and worldwide);
  • Administer Company’s printing orders (handbooks, brochures, business cards, stamps, etc.)
  • Order and monitor office and cleaning supplies
  • Other duties as directed by Manager

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Diploma/Certification in a related field of study preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to partner will all levels of the organization
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
