Description: NPW is seeking a smart and honest office clerk with a detail-oriented demeanor and a positive attitude.

THE OPPORTUNITY

To accommodate our continued growth and success, we are seeking coverage for a full-time or part-time Data entry & office support clerk. The position requires an individual who is detail oriented with strong process and organizational skills, has the ability to prioritize and follow policies and procedures.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensure and verify correct information is entered for each customer account
  • Weekly balancing of billing system with fulfillment system
  • Effectively communicate with Sales Reps, Managers and Other Departments
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and reporting as required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Post-Secondary Education
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Previous Data Entry experience
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline driven and demanding environment
  • Ability to Multi-task in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Fast learner, will need to learn on the fly
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Very personable
  • Experienced with office etiquette
  • Fluent in English, Strong written and verbal communication skills - spelling and grammar accuracy a must
  • Outstanding work ethic, high energy and action oriented
  • Problem solving skills
  • Assist Financial Advisor in a variety of tasks and project, including preparation of documents for meetings
  • Comply with compliance policies, confidentiality and privacy rules and regulations
  • Keep the office clean, organized and clutter free;
  • Scanning, copying
  • Handle multiple projects
  • Prepare and monitor invoices
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
