Learning Assistant Cstar Jobs Vacancy in University Hospital London Jobs Details:
Reporting to the Coordinator, CSTAR, the CSTAR Learning Assistant is/will:
Responsible for course organization and communications with planning committees, participants, faculty and industry to organize the logistics for course delivery and course evaluation.
Supports the delivery of learning and development programs through administration of learning activities, managing lists, processes and tracking learning metrics.
Supports significant revenue streams through organizing American College of Surgeons (ACS), Continuing Medical Education (CME) and other continuing education programs from initial planning to program conclusion and reporting.
Serves as the main point of contact for incoming inquiries and requests to CSTAR, providing administrative support as necessary.
Supports collection of forms, information, learner contracts, attendance records, for the purposes of analysis and documentation.
Supports collection of feedback for the purposes of quality improvement, service enhancement and curriculum development
Acts as a liaison and facilitator, first point of contact for those attendees arriving at CSTAR
Responsible for oversight and operation of on-line booking/registration tool, and maintenance of CSTAR website.
Rate of Pay: $21.580 per hour - $26.973 per hour
Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per week
Successful completion of a one year certificate program in Public Relations - Corporate Communications or a 2 year dipolma in Business, Office Administration, or a similar program acceptable to Hospital Minimum six (6) months recent, related job experience Proficient in the Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicat with all contacts Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently Advanced dipolacy and confidentiality Advanced accuracy and attention to detail Advanced customer service skills Proficent ability to support adult learners/education Proficient in developing methods to managing large amounts of information from a wide variety of sources Proficient computer skills in Excel, Work and PowerPoint Demonstrates flexibility in work schedule by attending before or after hours events and/or meetings, as required Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to the principles of patient and family centred care Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis
