Annex Pro headquarters is located in the Grandview-Woodland area of Vancouver, on major transit routes, just a couple of blocks from "the Drive".

Role: Administration Level I
Job Description: Full-time Reception, Administration and Customer Service (Vancouver)

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Reception: welcoming customers by phone, email and in person
- Daily shipping and receiving of parcels and boxes via courier (Fedex, UPS, local courier)
- Tracking orders with vendor partners and updating customers and sales team on ETA
- Keeping the office, kitchen and outdoor areas of the building presentable between janitors visits (eg: dishwasher load/unload, recycling and garbage removal, fridge tidy, washrooms stocked, sidewalk sweep)
- Office kitchen "runs" (weekly purchase of coffee room supplies)
- Light clerical duties, including Order entry and processing inventory transactions
- Assisting marketing with various events, projects, applications, research
- Assisting sales with research, vendor communication, pricelists
- Assisting accounting with reports, research, data entry, filing
- Assisting operations with inventory count, random projects and requests
- Submitting and tracking Return Merchandise Authorizations


Fluent in spoken and written English

Fluent in French not required, but an asset

Eager to be a part of a growing company
Excellent customer service skills
Energetic, quick learner with good judgment
Ability to move and lift boxes up to 50 pounds
Contributes to building a positive workplace culture
Great organizational ability
Keen attention to detail

- Full time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, Closed weekends and Stats
