We are currently seeking ETL Developer who wants to play a key role in building a world-class experience for hundreds of thousands of practitioners and patients across North America that uses Fullscript on a daily basis. The ETL Developer position will be responsible for building, enhancing, optimizing and maintaining our data architecture and ultimately help us scale our data reporting capabilities.

Minimum Job Qualifications
A strong understanding of ETL and data warehouse concepts, processes and best practices.
Previous experience supporting data warehouse implementations.
Experience with data dictionaries, data analysis, relational databases, non-relational databases.
Strong communication and teamwork skills. This means working and effectively communicating with clients with all levels of data competency.
A self-starter with the ability to learn and grow rapidly.
Strong attention to detail.
Well developed prioritization skills.
What you’ll do
Scale-out our reporting solution, including developing a data warehouse, re-writing existing ETL solutions to be highly scalable, and centralization of data collection from external systems into a data warehouse to improve data management and enhance reporting capabilities.
Ensure data quality throughout entire ETL process, including testing, troubleshooting, audits and feedback loops to sources of truth.
Perform capacity planning, including determining data storage needs, troubleshooting, and ETL performance tuning.
Perform installation, configuration, support and maintenance of BI application.
Responsible for the reliability, efficiency, and quality of downstream data, including regular monitoring of data health and exploration of systematic improvements.
Create clear documentation of operating procedures, database object layout, workflow diagrams and specifications for data warehouse.
Explore and integrate new data management technologies and tools into existing structures to improve database integration.
User account management of a reporting data warehouse.
Establishing consistency across reporting data sources and implement best practices in a data reporting solution.
