What It Is

This position is an 8 month Maternity Leave with the possibility of continued employment. You are an enthusiastic individual with a diverse administrative and interpersonal skill set with excellent time management skills to support the training aspects of the FHSR team.

Things You Will Do

Ensure a harmonic culture is developed, delivered and maintained with excellent conformity to the FHSR’s philosophy, policies, procedures, guidelines and protocols as well to the regulations standards.

Work collaboratively with FHSR’s Trail Blazer Committee, Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and primarily the Human Resources Manager to ensure a consistent, unified and culturally appropriate program development via an annual business plan.

Take the lead on company recruiting, including; liaising with managers with their requirements, attending job fairs and contributing to the interview process with managers.

Embrace, enhance and live the FHSR way by welcoming the team to the Columbia Valley, introducing the team to the FHSR culture and train new employees.

Develop and maintain or improve on clear concise and effective communications inter and intra departmentally.

Provide excellent customer service to all teammates, guests and owners

Produce the team newsletter and distribute

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Who You Are

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year work experience in the field, comfortable with Microsoft Office applications, must have a valid driver’s license, strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to emit high energy levels in-order to motivate others, to establish and maintain purposeful relationships with staff, guests and owners. You will have the flexibility to work during evenings and weekends.

Minimum Qualifications

Formal education in Human Resources

Minimum one year experience

Driver’s license
