Job Summary

Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing team in GTA?

Our Company is the largest retailer of quantity based products in the world. With over 80 locations World Wide. We work closely with hundreds of companies on a daily basis, and has created an advertising program that literally delivers what no else can.

We are currently searching for an inside sales rep for one of our GTA locations. The successful candidate will possess previous sales experience combined with a willingness and desire to take a growing leap. Base compensation will depend on experience but the package also includes benefits, Bonus on top of base, and a profit sharing plan.

Location: All over GTA

Hours: 20-40 hours per week.

Salary: $2,500+ monthly, plus applicable performance bonuses.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver a superior and consistent customer experience
  • Learn about new products and services
  • Handle all issues and concerns
  • Meet and exceed goals
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Supportive, positive attitude with a professional to all applied tasks
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required
  • Accurately document and update customer records in the computer system
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to your manager on ways the company can improve
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your management team
  • Remain calm and helpful even when dealing with upset customers
  • Escalate customer complaints and/or calls to your manager when necessary
  • When requested, process correspondences while following all relevant laws and guidelines

  • Perform other duties as assigned by your management team
  • Work with and through others to achieve team goals in a highly collaborative environment
  • Be able to work a varied and flexible schedules (Monday – Friday or Weekends for part time students)

Preferred Skills and Proficiencies:

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree or relevant experience
  • Vehicle: An asset but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, attentive to detail, ability to work independently or as part of a team, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for working within the energy and environment sector
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Must be computer literate
  • Multilingual ability considered an asset
  • Excellent verbal skills with the ability to persuasively describe a process.
