As Account Manager, Business Services, you will be responsible for growing the portfolio of business clients that will be yours. The varied and complex tasks will allow you to quickly become a privileged guide in all the financial projects of your customers.

This position reports to the Associate Vice President.

In your role, you will have to:


  • Identify and develop business opportunities in your market, increase your business customers and establish business development strategies

  • Achieve your clients' business objectives by proposing financial strategies based on an optimal mix of products and services offered by the Bank

  • Ensure you meet the evolving needs of customers by adapting and optimizing financial products and your consulting approach

  • Negotiate the terms of agreements with customers, ensuring that they meet the required risk management standards and profitability criteria

  • Develop business development plans

  • Assist the Associate Vice President, Business Services in meeting objectives

  • Work with the Director Financing Solutions

  • Actively participate in various networking events

Qualifications

Based on your academic background, at least 4 to 8 years' experience in sales and business development within the financial industry:

  • Based on your academic background, at least 4 to 8 years'
    experience in sales and business development within the financial
    industry:

  • University certificate and 8 years' experience

  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years' experience

  • Master's degree and 4 years' experience

  • Experience in sales and business development

  • Experience in analysis of financial statements

  • Experience in commercial credit

  • Network of professional contacts among local medium-sized enterprises and large companies, an asset

  • English (spoken and written), French is an asset

Conditions particulières (externe) : As part of his duties, the incumbent will be required to travel to meet clients. Successful applicants will be required to complete online tests during the process. Please note that a minimum of 3 years for this function (same function, same transit and / or portfolio) is required, as the latter requires a constant and direct relationship with the clientele . This period will allow you to acquire the skills required by the position and build a relationship of trust with your clients.
