TERMINAL SERVICES ATTENDANT
Seasonal, On-call position
You are enthusiastic and reliable, performing traffic control, baggage, and custodian duties. You direct traffic during loading/unloading procedures; maintain terminal buildings and grounds; communicate with other shipboard and terminal staff to ensure the safe and efficient loading and discharge of vessel traffic; and respond to passenger queries. You also calculate and process fares; sell media, process reservations, check change orders, manage customer service inquiries, handle cash and prepare cash floats and deposits. Preference will be given to those with OFA level 3.
A valid BC Driver's License is required.
