Regulatory Consultant Position Available Jobs Vacancy in Dsa Consultants Oakville Jobs Details:
The Candidate will be primarily responsible for preparing low-risk Drug, Medical Devices, NHP Submissions and Cosmetic
Notifications. The position may include alternate responsibilities for a wide range of product registration submission including new drug
submissions and risk III/IV Medical Devices submissions. Please cite relevant submission experience when applying.
The Candidate will be responsible for Drug Establishment Licensing, Medical Devices Establishment Licensing and NHP Site Licensing
applications and renewals. Please cite relevant submission experience when applying.
The Candidate will be responsible for pharmacovigilance reporting and compliance for Drugs, Medical Devices, and Natural Health
Products. Please cite any relevant experience when applying.
The Candidate must have a thorough knowledge of the Food and Drugs Act and all applicable regulations including familiarity with
structure and organization of the appropriate Governmental Directorates.
The Candidate will be responsible for liaising with the client to obtain the required data, preparing and filing the submissions, and
liaising with the Health Canada to follow through on product approvals.
The Candidate will be responsible for review and approval of client labels and advertising to ensure compliance with Canadian
Regulations and product approvals.
Competencies: Can work independently and spearhead projects with minimal direction and under tight deadlines.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Established Contacts within NNHPD/TPD is an asset.
Must be capable of multi-tasking and have strong project management skills.
Requirements: Must have an undergraduate University degree with a major in the life sciences.
Must have Industry Experience in filing Canadian Regulatory Submissions. The ideal candidate will have at
least 3 years of experience in Canadian Regulatory Affairs.
Remuneration: Remuneration is competitive and will be based on qualifications and experience.
