Are you looking for a foot in the door in the Office Administration field? Do you have amazing customer service skills? Fantastic phone etiquette and superb written correspondence? Well, you could be the gal or gent we’re looking for.

We are Ottawa’s best junk removal company — not just for speed and professionalism but for our commitment to going above and beyond in customer care. A passion for helping people and making sure their needs are met is 100% required.

CORE DUTIES:

  • answer incoming phone calls
  • quickly respond to online inquiries
  • schedule customer appointments
  • light data entry and general office duties
  • support truck team labourers as needed

There are two main functions of the Office Assistant: assist with booking jobs, customer service and tracking truck teams. The secondary function is making sure payments are accounted for, paperwork properly filled out and organized.
