The positions can be performed from Victoria or Vancouver.

As a Recruitment Support Clerk, you are flexible and multi-faceted, providing a full range of applicant management and administrative support services for the Recruitment Services’ staff and customers during the recruitment process. You are a natural problem solver and a quick thinker, able to multi-task between issues, programs, and people. You have excellent Microsoft Office skills, database application experience, good communication, and interpersonal skills.


You excel at superior customer service, efficiently answering inquiries and directing calls or service requests to the appropriate recipients. If you thrive in a busy work environment and want valuable experience in human resources, specifically recruitment, we look forward to receiving your application.

Job Requirements:

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience providing customer service in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel and other computer applications such as databases.

Preference may be given for:

  • Human Resources experience.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft/Oracle.
  • Experience with the Recruitment Management System
