Loopio is looking for a passionate and intelligent Operations Coordinator, Finance and Legal, to join our growing Operations team! For this role, we are looking for someone who is all about the numbers (Finance/Accounting) and has a keen eye for the details (Contract/Legal). Support Loopio’s COO in developing finance and accounting strategies, processes, and policies as we continue to scale
Be the point person for customer contract administration and service agreement reviews, working closely with Loopio’s sales team and legal counsel
Own the full accounts receivables lifecycle from creating invoices, to posting payments, and ensuring timely payments from customers (you will be the go-to billing contact at Loopio)
Run our accounts payable process for all outgoing payments
Provide ongoing support to our Financial Controller, Bookkeeper, and Auditor in preparing monthly and year-end financial statements
Manage our payroll system and sales commission reporting
Review and process employee expenses
A university or college degree (or equivalent) in Business, preferably in Accounting or Finance
1-3 years of finance, accounting, or contract administration related experience
Introductory understanding of finance & accounting practices as they apply to SaaS companies
Strong communication skills (expect to be on the phone talking to customer accounts payable and procurement teams)
Analytical skills (you’re an Excel guru!)
Eagle eye attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment
You know how to keep information confidential (your friends probably tell you all their secrets)
