Workplace Options is seeking a qualified EAP Clinical Counsellor to join our clinical team. Our clinical department provides counseling services on a global scale including telephonic support, clinical case management, structured telephonic counseling, applicable resource referral and short term counseling.

This is a remote position, working from home.

Responsibilities:
Provide telephonic counselling, in-the-moment support and crisis telephonic management in a supportive, ethical and professional manner while maintaining client-confidentiality.

Adhere to the ethical, therapeutic and legal standards, which govern service delivery, as well as policies, procedures and laws, which apply to the organization and country, as appropriate.

Appropriately refer clients to external resources or within WPO as part of our holistic approach.

Maintain clear clinical and task-oriented documentation in case management system.

Possess genuine listening skills and can provide short-term clinical interventions such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing and solution-focused techniques.

Ability to work with clients presenting with substance abuse, situations of crisis, mental health symptoms and/or family/relationship-related concerns impacting personal or work performance.

Develop clear and concise treatment plans for clients with various session models.

Assess clients thoroughly to ensure short-term counselling appropriate.

Follow-through with additional tasks as identified by the clinical management team.

Culturally sensitive to our clients and flexible using a telephonic interpreter as needed.

Competent in using our various methods of contact – telephone, video, email, text and live chat.

Flexible with regards to schedule – may be required to work some shifts outside regular shift hours to support the needs of the business and client volume intervals.

Qualifications:
Ability to provide counselling in both French and English.

Social worker, Counsellor or Psychologist with accompanying Master’s degree or diploma.

Professional association membership or registration.

Minimum 2 years direct client-contact providing counselling or mental health services (post-qualification).

Experience providing assessments and/or using clinical assessment tools.

Training in mindfulness or solution-focused counselling an asset.

Ability to work evening and weekend shifts.

Workplace Options est à la recherche d'un conseiller clinique agréé EAP pour rejoindre notre équipe clinique. Notre service clinique fournit des services de conseil à l'échelle mondiale, y compris le soutien téléphonique, la gestion des cas cliniques, le counseling téléphonique structuré, l'orientation des ressources applicables et le counseling à court terme.

Responsabilités:
Fournir un soutien téléphonique, un soutien instantané et une gestion téléphonique en cas de crise de manière solidaire, éthique et professionnelle tout en préservant la confidentialité du client.

Respecter les normes éthiques, thérapeutiques et juridiques qui régissent la prestation des services, ainsi que les politiques, les procédures et les lois qui s'appliquent à l'organisation et au pays, selon le cas.

Référer correctement les clients à des ressources externes ou au sein de WPO dans le cadre de notre approche holistique.

Maintenir une documentation claire et axée sur les tâches dans le système de gestion des cas.

Posséder de véritables compétences d'écoute et offrir des interventions cliniques à court terme telles que la TCC, la technique d’entrevue motivationnelle et les techniques axées sur les solutions.

Capacité de travailler avec les clients qui présentent des problèmes de toxicomanie, des situations de crise, des symptômes de santé mentale et / ou des problèmes familiaux ou relationnels ayant une incidence sur le rendement personnel ou professionnel.

Élaborer des plans de traitement clairs et concis pour les clients avec les sessions de divers modèles.

Évaluer les clients de façon approfondie pour assurer une thérapie de courte durée approprié.

Faire des suivis supplémentaires identifiés par l'équipe de gestion clinique.

Ayant une passion à fournir un soutien aux clients venant de partout dans le monde.

Ayant une sensibilité culturelle avec nos clients et une flexibilité en utilisant un interprète téléphonique au besoin.

Compétence dans l'utilisation de nos différentes méthodes de contact - téléphone, vidéo, email, texte et messagerie en direct.

Flexibilité en ce qui a trait à l'horaire – l’employé peut être demandé de travailler quelques quarts de travail en dehors des horaires réguliers pour répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise et des intervalles du volume des clients.

Qualifications:
Exigences linguistiques : Français et Anglais

Travailleur social, conseiller ou psychologue accompagné d'une maîtrise ou d'un diplôme.

Inscription ou affiliation à une association professionnelle.

Un minimum de 2 ans de contact direct avec le client fournissant des services de counseling ou de santé mentale (post-qualification).

Expérience en matière d'évaluation et/ou d'utilisation d'outils d'évaluation clinique.

La formation dans le domaine de la pleine conscience ou au conseil axé sur les solutions est un atout.
