Administrative Coordinator – Victoria, BC – Full time
As a Viewpoint Administration Coordinator reporting to the Assessor Relations Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for maintaining, growing and administering the roster of assessors (physicians) for Viewpoint.

Key areas of responsibilities include:
maintaining current assessor profiles in the management system, including CVs, fee schedules, college registration information, insurance, etc.
regular evaluation of assessor availability,
researching and screening potential new assessors and engaging in discussion to prepare an assessor to be onboarded,
processing and forwarding of CVs and documentation requests for external parties at their request,
communicate with assessors, in-person, on phone and through email, regarding Viewpoint assessments,
assist reception when assessor have not arrived at clinic, computer issues in the clinic, chaperone, incomplete consent forms, etc.,
managing weekly schedules, daily calls/emails of queries, arranging transportation for traveling assessors eg; flights, taxi etc.,

Qualifications:
minimum 2 year customer service experience delivering exceptional customer service in a face-to-face environment
proven efficiency and ability to work in a fast paced, busy work environment
strong attention to detail is required
outstanding phone etiquette and a positive attitude are essential to this role
excellent communication skills (auditory, written and verbal)
demonstrates professionalism, empathy and can act as a team player
