Reporting to the Area Manager, the Team Coordinator is responsible for the Westlock, Athabasca, Thorhild, Lamont, and Smoky Lake offices by managing, overseeing and coordinating the allocation of work and execution of activities by their Delivery Team(s) of Client Service Representatives, Insurance and Lending Specialists. The Team Coordinator achieves this through:
Ensuring that members of the Delivery Team(s) work collaboratively to execute on AFSCs commitment to function in a client centric manner, delivering the right value and overall experience for clients while satisfying the mandate of AFSCs stakeholders;
Coordinating the activities of the Delivery Team(s) collaboratively, and in consultation with, the Area Manager, other Area Team Coordinators, and Client Development Advisors, act as a focal point to enable all members of the Delivery Team(s) to fulfill their job functions;
Engaging staff from other geographic areas in conjunction with other Team Coordinators and/or corporate operational teams to ensure clients benefit from the appropriate depth of knowledge and expertise to meet their needs;
Communicating and collaborating with corporate departments staff to direct the activities of the Delivery Team(s) in executing on sale strategies and meeting client service expectations;
Ensuring the Delivery Team(s) has the tools, systems, information and other required resources available to operate effectively and efficiently at the branch level and more broadly across the area;
Identifying opportunities for enhancements to the reporting systems and policies and procedures as required;
Promoting the development and training of the members of their Delivery Team(s).
Applicable university degree with 2 years of proven supervision and team experience or a Business Diploma and 4 years of proven supervision and team experience;
For those not meeting the minimum education, additional related work experience in sales or business development may be considered as equivalencies.
Pro-active in continued professional and personal skill development is an ongoing expectation.
$7,675 to $9,585 per month
