We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Clerk to work in our accounting department. This role is a fulltime position and will report to the Accounting Manager. The right candidate should have a strong interest in wanting to further their career in accounting.

Position Description:

  • Data Entry
  • Conflict Checks
  • Matter Openings
  • File Closings
  • Client/Matter Updates
  • Cost uploads and write-offs
  • Other adhoc duties as requested by the management based on business needs

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • 1 year of previous experience working in an office, accounting related experience considered an asset
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, and strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excel experience and previous Elite Enterprise experience is an asset
