Human Resources Manager Jobs Vacancy in Associa Toronto Jobs Details:
The Human Resources Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function to include employee relations, recruiting, on-boarding & orientation, performance management and succession, and safety & workers compensation.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Provide strategic HR support to key business leaders.
Works with employees and supervisors to research and resolve employee relations issues.
Works to create an environment of trust in order to enable the performance management and succession planning process.
Partner with key business leaders to drive employee engagement initiatives.
Develop and execute on recruitment strategies in order to attract key talent.
Provides administrative support in the areas of Benefits and Payroll.
Manages the separation process, including exit interviews.
Assists in developing and delivering leadership and human resources-related training.
Partners with Home Office on the training and/or roll-out of new company procedures/policies.
Assist with other jobs and duties as necessary. Qualifications
Requires a minimum of 5 years of directly related HR experience.
Knowledge of Canadian Law required.
BA/BS in Human Resources, Human Resources Certificate or education in Business or related field is preferred.
Must be able to work independently and take the initiative to address issues on a pro-active basis.
