- Undergraduate degree in Psychology or related field
- 1 year of work experience supporting research in a related technical field
- Experience working with individuals with develompental disabiltiies using the principles for Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
Skills, Abilities & Expertise:
- Familiarity with developmental disabilities (e.g. autism and Down Syndrome)
- Understanding of ABA/DTT
- Personable and courteous in working relationships with colleagues, students and the public
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document information
- Organization skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
