We’re growing, and now we’re looking for you, our new Regional Sales Manager.

Regional Sales Manager:
As our new regional sales manager, your primary goal is to grow business in the Great Lakes and Mid-West regions of the United States. You’ll know you’re successful when you’ve reached or surpassed annual growth in your territory by 30%-40%.

You won’t be starting from scratch – we have an existing customer base in that region that you’ll build upon. You’ll use your prior experience with heavy equipment to guide your interactions with dealers, building their trust by using your technical expertise and knowledge.

We sell our products directly to heavy equipment dealers like Caterpillar, Komatsu and John Deere. You’ll grow our existing network by engaging new and existing dealers, persuading them to actively promote and sell our products.

You have a natural ability to build rapport and relationships. Your strong people skills, combined with your engaging communication style, means you’re able to get your message across, no matter who’s in the audience. You’ll interact and connect with dealer representatives of all levels, from junior sales people to senior management.

Our products are innovative, versatile, and more efficient than others available in the market. So, you won’t just be selling a product, you’ll also be selling a new way of working. There’s exciting, unlimited growth potential here.

Practically speaking, you’ll also:

  • Provide training to dealers about our products and how to sell them
  • Help dealers develop the market for our products and engage their customers
  • Coordinate product support needs, ensuring dealer satisfaction with our service and products

Working at Rototilt:
This is a full-time, permanent role with an attractive base salary, and opportunity to earn six figures with our commission structure. We also offer an extensive benefits package, RSP matching programs, full travel coverage, and a company vehicle.

There will be considerable travel associated with this role, so you’ll be on the road two out of every three weeks, spending anywhere from 2 to 5 days per trip. When you’re not travelling, you’ll work out of our Brantford office, where we offer a flexible schedule, and a very casual work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Experience working with heavy equipment in some capacity (sales, service, product support)
  • Technical understanding of heavy equipment
  • Experience working in sales, meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid passport and ability to travel to the United States
  • Proven track record of success in a heavy equipment sales (a significant asset)
