About Us:
We are a multifaceted, full service, Toronto based Interior Design firm with over 30 years of experience.

We are members of ARIDO, (Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario) and IDC (Interior Designers of Canada).

Responsibilities:

  • Answering multi-line phones, directing calls, and taking messages;
  • Greeting guests and directing them appropriately;
  • Ordering supplies for the office and kitchen, restocking items as needed;
  • Scheduling conference and meeting rooms;
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent acceptable;
  • Previous office experience a bonus, but not required;
  • Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent;
  • Competent internet skills;
  • Reliable transportation;
Bonus Points:
  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Project Manager or relevant for a minimum of 2-5+ years
  • Demonstrated experience with calendar management and travel arrangements
  • Background providing administrative support to a senior Executive
  • Bachelors Degree
