Designs and delivers training and related development programs for leadership, behavioural skill, and member-centric sales training. Conducts assessments on training needs, develops and delivers new employee orientation, career coaching programs, as well as the implementation and delivery of employee engagement and performance management initiatives. Participates in the cross-functional coordination of culture, employee engagement, employee development, and succession initiatives within the organization.
In delivering seamless member experience, this job may require travel between locations and work outside of regular hours. Other duties will be assigned outside the stated job purpose and key elements of work established for this job to ensure we are flexible and agile, providing cohesive member experience.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate understanding of Affinity Credit Union’s business and divisional business operations
- Intermediate knowledge in a broad range of employee development practices
- Ability to coach employees and managers, providing business-relevant advice and recommendations
- Ability to conduct and use leading practice research to create, implement, and revise innovative processes
This role can work out of any location within our extensive advice centre network across Saskatchewan.
