I am looking for someone fun, passionate, energetic, and organized! Willing to provide top customer service and contribute in a positive way to my expanding organization.. Administrative experience and experience in the Real Estate industry are assets but not required. I am willing to train the right candidate if you’re quick to learn and able to adapt as the situation arises. Someone who has excellent Social Media skills and Marketing abilities get priority. Ideally someone who wants or is looking to have a career in Real Estate. Website design and or working knowledge is a great benefit. A cover letter as to why you are applying for a Real Est. assistant position would be helpful. Submitting with no cover letter is immediately rejected.
This is a part-time position to start leading quickly to full time spot. Work hours are very flexible. We can negotiate this aspect of the job. There may be times when some evening and weekend work may be required.

Some duties include:
Good working knowledge of Photography and video editing skills
Maintain and implement Social Media networking and Lead generation programs
Website management and update
Booking showing requests
Word processing skills
Create brochures/post cards/marketing materials and advertising programs etc.
Maintain Client database
Website upgrading and maintenance
Preparing listing and closing packages
Assisting in preparing real estate documents
Maintain electronic filing system
Lead generation activities
Maintain property records and data input of listings and offers
General administrative duties
Assets but not required:
Valid driver’s license and fully insured vehicle
Strong computer skills
Strong Social Media skills
