Nourish Food Marketing is Canada's only full-service marketing agency working exclusively with food, beverage and agricultural clients.
Due to growth in our multi-cultural business we’re currently looking to add an Account Coordinator, with a knowledge of the halal food market and with an understanding of the various communities across Canada, to join our team.
The Account Coordinator will serve as the voice of our client to consumers, being a positive presence in the brand’s community. They will also be a part of the team that will work towards growing our clients’ online personalities and footprints. This position is a great start for anybody interested in the world of marketing, communications, and advertising with a lot of opportunity and hands on experience.

Day to Day Tasks:
Community Management and moderation of all social channels including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, & Pinterest
Managing social media advertising budgets for multiple clients
Plan and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
Researching trends and develop editorial content planning calendars for multiple clients
Managing the creation, publishing, and analysis of newsletters and contests within online communities
Website content management for multiple clients. A working knowledge of Wordpress and Drupal is an advantage.
Stay up-to-date with digital technology, introducing and suggesting opportunities to communicate better as they arise.
Constantly reading the community - what is working, what isn’t working, what gets reactions and feedback.
Analyzing data and preparing reports on metrics on an ongoing basis. Learning from these reports and sharing the findings with the team.
Supporting and working with both the Accounts team and Creative team as needed, you’ll be a true jack of all trades.
An understanding of the halal market and the various communities across Canada.
Post Secondary degree related to Marketing or Communications, recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with Google analytics, Facebook analytics, and SEO best practices.
Passion and knowledge related to the food industry (cooking, baking, even eating!)
Project management, organizational and presentation skills.
Must possess a valid class G driver’s license, with a clean record.
Taking initiative and going above and beyond the minimum is strongly encouraged. We love to see people thinking differently and outside the box.
Must be available to work full-time office hours, evening and weekend hours as required.
Second language capabilities are a bonus.
Knowledge of the halal food market, with a strong understanding of the community is a requirement.
