Position: Production Data Coordinator
Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Employment Type: Fullt-time
Role Purpose: Supports Production Data & Information Supervisor and Assists Production and other area of business on data information relating to product, yield, costing, Area KPI.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES:
Assists plant on variance programs relating to yield and costing monitoring.
Assists Production and other area of business on data information relating to product, yield, costing, Axapta programs, Cat 2, and Cyborg
Oversees and ensures Plant procedures and established processes are followed closely.
Assists Plant with various technical data issues, Information Services, and Finance initiatives by acting as liaison with the business.
Assists Plant Management in finding discrepancies on yield and productivity.
Oversees Plant yield, department yield, data collection, and period and year ending inventory adjustments.
Policies, Processes & Procedures: follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
SAFETY, QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT & BRC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Promote and comply with all Maple Lodge Farms Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, and Environmental Management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Necessary Knowledge and Experience:
A general understanding of the production environment in the food industry; preferably ready-to-eat, and in a unionized environment;
Working knowledge CCP’s Form # 10, and Animal Welfare;
Working knowledge of food and meat plant regulatory standards (CFIA, etc.), GMP, HACCP, BRC, food safety, food quality, etc.;
Working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), WHMIS;
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and effective multi-tasking is essential;
Computer literacy (MS Office).
Education and Certification Requirement: Post-Secondary Diploma in related field.
