We’re looking for a Payroll Clerk who is hardworking, motivated and committed to long-term employment to join our team. We are a small rapidly growing sales and marketing company, based in Toronto, Canada. If you have impeccable attention-to-detail combined with exemplary Excel skills, then Miles has a fantastic opportunity for you.

Position: Admin and Data Entry Clerk Hours: Flexible work hours Contract: Full-time contract with potential for extension Location: Toronto Key Technical Responsibilities: Update and maintain payroll records appropriately and accurately Handle basic administrative payroll duties including data entry, filing, and faxing Document in detail all interactions with customers with high level of accuracy Inputting various data into Excel in an accurate and timely manner Create weekly and monthly metric reports for the management Desired Skills & Experience: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Well-developed MS Office skills and experience (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and Google Docs.) Highly sensitive and confidential information relating to payroll and HR in a professional manner Work accurately under pressure and within very tight timelines A willingness to learn and possesses a positive attitude Excellent both oral and written communication skills
