Under the supervision of Hospitality Services Director, the Front Desk Supervisor plans, organizes, assigns and reviews the work of hotel front desk clerks, housekeepers and cleaners. She/he establishes work schedules and procedures and co-ordinates activities with other work units or departments. She/he prepares weekly pay sheets and input of payroll information. She/he prepares month end and Imposed Restriction (IR) statements.
College diploma or certificate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or in a related field AND some experience in the hospitality industry, or in a related field
High school diploma AND several years experience in the hospitality industry, or in a related field
An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered
Language requirement: English Essential

- In office administration, an asset
- In using hotel, motel or property management software
- In accounting and budget practices
- In staff supervision
- In staff scheduling
