Job Summary

Contract Period: 01/24/2018 to 03/23/2018

Pay Rate: 21.00/hr

Work Location: 885 West Georgia Street. Vancouver British Columbia V6C3G1

Hours: 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday

Description:

Looking for a candidate with previous HSBC experience to join the Legal team. Legal experience not necessary but accounting experience is necessary. Administrative support to people and groups, including personal assistants, executive assistants, office assistants, team assistants, secretaries and clerks

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry
  • High volume of invoice processing
  • Accounting

Key Skills and Qualifications for this role

  • Familiarity with Accounts Payable Processes
  • Good Communication
  • Organized
  • Strong in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • 2 years exp. in admin role ***Previous HSBC Admin experience is strongly desired

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $21.00 /hour
