Expertise: We’ll need you to stay one step ahead of our leader by effectively managing her busy schedule by and anticipating her needs. We’re not just looking for status quo, but rather someone who will use their experience and creativity to keep our Executive Vice President at the top of her game.
Teamwork: You and your Executive become one, so much so that you know them better than they know themselves. Working closely with a strong team of leaders and other Executive Assistants your relationship building skills will help keep our business thriving.
Quality: Accuracy, adaptability and problem solving are a must and we will rely on you to find opportunities to improve current processes or practices. Our work plans and agendas can be very ambitious, so keeping track of timelines and deadlines is a big part of this job.
What’s in it for us?
You’re experienced : Although a diploma or degree is a nice to have – we truly value your proven administrative experience…10 years of it, in fact. A love of managing small projects, analytics, budgets, busy calendars, lots of email and creativity in building presentations makes you ideal for this role.
You have what it takes: Your capable of putting together Board level quality materials, and find document management and multi-tasking easy. You are a vault with an undisputable ability to keep all sensitive material confidential.
