programs, with offices in the US, Canada, Australia and England. We are
currently looking for Call Centre Agents to work on a contract basis.
As a Call
Centre Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional
customer service to our incoming call centre clients. You will play a key role
in enhancing the customer experience by providing high quality service at every
interaction and ensuring customer concerns are being handled appropriately,
while working in a dynamic fast pace environment.
Successful candidates will possess the following:
Passionate about providing
superior customer service, while being able to handle client questions in a
quick and professional manner with one call resolution
Possess excellent listening
and verbal communication skills and demonstrate a sincere approach to helping
Self-starter who will take the
initiative to obtain solutions and are able to stay focused; pay attention to
detail and follow established operating procedures

to work Monday to Friday 9 – 5, with occasional overtime as required

Starting wage will be $14.50 per hour. Bilingual agents will start at $17.00 per hour.

criminal record as well as good credit status
