Our client a mid sized accounting firm requires an Administration Assistant to assist in the overall day to day running of their office and assisting their senior team. With a location in the heart of Canada, with young and dynamic owners the firm has established clientele consisting of both high net worth individuals together with medium and large businesses.
Responsibilities and Duties
Minimum 2 years in an administration based position (perferably within an accounting firm)
Must have a full drivers licence and reliable car (a kilometre allowance will be paid and a car park provided)
A positive and can-do attitude
Impeccable presentation skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Reliable, hardworking with a willingness to learn
