Are you an excellent communicator and highly organised? We are looking for retail Brand Ambassador to join us for our Queen street flagship store and new Yorkville location.
How your role and responsibilities makes “us” Nobis
- Consistently deliver exceptional service to all customers
- Exceed all sales and service goals and targets
- Build a loyal personal client base by constantly acquiring new customers, developing existing clients, and build
- To ensure store efficiency
- Give a warm welcome to all customers at Nobis.
- Maintains and exceeds company sales KPI.
- Completes all tasks correctly and on time and follows company policies and procedures.
- To provide the best service, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony: welcoming, understanding customer’s needs, providing support while trying the products on, cross-selling, orienting customers to other department if necessary, packing and providing support during payment,
- To look after all operative activities which are necessary to ensure the store efficiency

- Maintain an up-to-date and detailed client book
- Follow all Cultivate requirements and activities such as; courtesy and relationship emails, inviting customers back to shop, reactivation, capture compliance
