Junior Forecasting Business Analyst Collections Montreal Jobs Vacancy in Rbc Montréal Jobs Details:

What is the opportunity?
You will be responsible for forecasting staffing requirements for Early and Late stage Collection Centre lines of business, which will build the foundation for decisions on hiring. You will focus on reducing costs and contribute to effective representative utilization through the effective coordination and planning of all "off phone" activities and the leveraging of idle time. You will maintain a focus on real time business performance and requirements, ensuring the least impact to our external clients.

What will you do?
Prepare monthly forecasts necessary for Intra-Day Performance tracking.
Create forecasts specifically for Ultimate Schedules.
Maintain the Long Range Forecasts and Seasonality Data.
Maintain our Recruitment LRF for the purpose of prospective hiring.
Keep current with Departmental Infrastructure and Process changes.
Responsible for KPI Analytics for both Early and Late Stage Collections lines of businesses (Outbound and Inbound Call Centers).
Routine planning for agent hours allotted to manual queues.
Participate in ongoing team development by contributing to team meetings and discussions.

What do you need to succeed?
Work Force Management (WFM) experience.
Strong knowledge of the call center environment.
Strong critical thinking and problem resolution skills.
Relationship skills and ability to work closely with internal service partners.
Self-driven and motivated.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking capability.
Ability to understand business requirements to enable long term solutions.
Impact and Influence to develop and maintain highly effective partnering relationships with key stakeholders and to achieve cross-enterprise cooperation.
Knowledge of WFM source systems e.g. Aspect eWFM.
Expert Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Macros) skills.
Ability to use Microsoft Office, MS Access, TSYS, CACS, OnDemand, Siebel and Crystal Reports.
