What is the opportunity?
You will be the key support for the Credit Adjudication Centre. You will execute and analyze Centre and National initiatives to ensure Credit Adjudication fulfills its Mandate to deliver superior results to our Partners and Clients and to make things Simpler, Faster, and Better for our stakeholders.
What will you do?
Supports the strategic direction and execution of strategies within the Western Credit Adjudication Centre as decided upon by Centre Manager and Senior Director.
Responsible for coordinating and implementing Centre initiatives.
Responsible for managing the centre NIE and annual budgets.
Manage deployment of Remote Office Employees.
Delegated Lending Authority (DLA) oversight.
Enhanced Performance Management (EPM) administration.
EUC coordination for Vancouver CAC and owner/administrator of shared drives, SharePoint sites and RBC Connect.
Centre support responsibilities include: visitor coordination, FTE monitoring, org charts, ad hoc tracking/reporting, vacation/absence management, centre communications, building/premises operations,
Supports the Canadian Banking Operations Communication Delivery Gateway regionally (Eg: Aligns, integrates, coordinates and manages prioritization of centre and national initiatives).
Regional Training Matrix administration.
Leverage RBC partners to develop better solutions and achieve cross-enterprise solutions.
Demonstrate a personal commitment to ensure skills, knowledge and accreditations are up-to-date and meet position requirements.
Fully accountable for the coordination of initiatives across a breadth of complexity including operation initiatives, communications and business strategies.
Organize and participate in events that may include Centre, National functions, external events, RBC Performance Galas, anniversaries, etc.
Integrates appropriate change management support and elements into initiatives and communications.
Effectively communicate and reinforce RBC Vision, National Office and Centre strategic direction, organizational values and implementation plans
What do you need to succeed?
3+ years of experience in a bank environment.
Strong MS Office skills.
Flexible to work 8am - 4pm, as well as earlier or later hours and weekends if required by business needs.
Able to support teams who work on site and remotely; in a 6-day work environment, on various shifts between the hours of 5:30am-8:30pm Monday-Friday, and 8am-4pm on Saturdays.
Enhanced Performance Management Experience
Experience with mortgages and loans.
