Receptionist Administrative Assistant Jobs Vacancy in Milborne Real Estate Inc Toronto Jobs Details:

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for presenting a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining a professional appearance of the reception area and lobby at all times. This includes the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding the condominium project, booking all appointments and registering the guests into our database. We are seeking a person with a vibrant personality that can approach each of these tasks with a friendly, personable attitude.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task. Perform efficiently and productively in a fast-paced environment. Exhibit enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills. Available to work a schedule of 6 days per week with approximate hours of 11:30am-6:30pm, weekends are mandatory. Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word. Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality. Excellent communication skills and punctuality are vital.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 to $17.00 /hour
