- Work hard to grow sales and meet our target.
- Seek out new customers and sales opportunities; Perform calls and prospecting.
- Be punctual and reliable as per office operating hours.
- Update all advertisements on Kijiji, Craigslist, Letgo, Google, YouTube, Instagram and EVERY lead that comes through.
- Manage social media, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Plus, Snapchat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues as required.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives;
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Clean the store, take out trash, dust and mop store floors, clean private restroom.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and problem solving
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
