In the position of Branch Manager your key focus will be on sales growth, business development and operational excellence through the promotion of products and services. Coordination and organization of the workforce in the Ottawa and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for but not limited to:
Achieving profitable growth through leadership and management of the workforce.
Lead and facilitate change in a fast-paced environment while managing ongoing responsibilities.
You will be responsible for ensuring daily compliance of company and legislative safety policies and procedures.
Collaborate with management team to identify training, workforce, and technological needs and resolve service impacting issues.
Ensure regular support to leadership team on ongoing planning, training and performance measurement activities.
Full profit and loss responsibility and accountability for the Ottawa division.
Primary contact for all customers, while identifying, developing, managing and growing the relationship with customers ensuring superior customer service in the Ottawa and surrounding areas.
Responsible in identifying areas of improvement while developing and implementing recommendations to build a strong foundation for a client service delivery structure.
Travel is required outside of Ottawa including Quebec.
Successful candidates will have a minimum 2-3 year’s sales and team management experience.
Preference will be given to those with post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technology.
Experience in HVAC and mechanical systems are an asset.
Self-directed, motivated team player who possesses excellent entrepreneurial skills.
Experience in delivering training and presentations
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
Outstanding problem solving, conflict management and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - bilingualism in French is considered an asset
Well-developed customer service and relationship building skills
Adaptability, flexibility, teamwork and collaboration skills
