Canadian Locators Inc is currently recruiting for Administrative Assistant. This position is in the Ottawa, ON office. Canadian Locators Inc. is an underground locating company. Reporting to the Project coordinator, the Administrative Assistant is an entry-level role that will assist our project teams in the development of our subcontractor network and in the delivery of various projects for our client.
Responsibilities -Assists the project coordination team -Telephone answering, emails and message taking
-Scheduling and coordinating of underground locating verification activities
-Provide administrative support as required -Maintain and order company equipment and supplies as required
-Manage reports in a timely manner and input data into systems
-Performs other related duties as assigned -Preparing, documenting and logging staff/safety meeting minutes and posting on website.
Requirements - Ability to speak in French will be an asset -0-6+ months of experience in an administrative role
-Completion of high school
-Must have the skills to interact with people with official manner
-Must have skills of multitasking
-Able to work independently and in a team atmosphere
-Able to work very fast paced.
