We are looking to add an experienced Manager to join our ever-growing, established and successful team.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
Focus on providing Quality Assurance and Testing Transformation advisory, design and drive organizational change through team leadership
Lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level Quality Assurance and Testing transformations consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the scope of the immediate teams
Provide oversight in development of Quality Assurance and Testing related project deliverables
Manage day to day interactions with executive clients, sponsors as well as delivery team(s)
Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies.
Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
Establish and run Testing Center of Excellence (CoE)
Drive Managed Testing services and/or Shared Services (as applicable)
Able to engage with and influence ‘C’ level executives
Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients
Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
Formulate detailed business cases for how an organization can achieve its business goals by embracing leading and innovative Testing Strategies and Services
Integrate creative and innovative ways to position a strategic direction in the area of Quality Assurance and Testing
Influence and impassion clients to embrace innovative Testing strategies as a means of transforming not only what they do but how they do it
Innovate on our current thinking and develop new approaches to change how organizations and teams deliver quality software and systems
Able to excite & motivate fellow practitioners and set them up for success in completing their scope of work
Contribute to knowledge management within our Technology Consulting practice.
We are looking for high-performing and dynamic candidates who possess a successful track record as well as the following qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
Minimum of 3 Full Life Cycle system delivery implementations in a testing role.
At least 6 years of leading Testing efforts, including experience with all phases of testing: Test Design, System, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Automation Testing and Performance Testing.
At least 4 years of experience with estimating testing efforts, standing up and structuring >10 resource testing teams, defining the testing strategy for large scale programs and ensuring requirements traceability throughout the system development lifecycle.
At least 4 years of experience overseeing the development of test plans, test scenarios, test cases, execution of test case and documentation of test results.
At least 4 years of experience with driving the quality assurance processes and gaining delivery buy-in from executive leadership.
At least 4 years of testing experience in different environments including one or more of the following client server, Services Oriented Architecture, Web based, Mainframe based and three tier architectures.
At least 4 years of experience with one or more of the following tools: HP toolset (ALM, UFT), Appium, Selenium, Rational toolset, SOA testing tools and other automation testing toolsets.
At least 2 years of experience in test automation including developing test automation strategies and leading automation testing efforts
Experience in responding to RFPs and RFIs, with experience in Test Effort Estimation using standard tools
Experience in Process Management, Process improvement, Risk Analysis and Mitigation Strategies
Experience in driving closures & Sign-offs
Experience with tracking and reporting SLAs and KPIs in a managed services testing engagement
A willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (computer science preferred)
Exposure in working in high paced environment with multi-tasking while supporting multiple priorities and deliverables
Strong Industry insight with at least one of the areas noted below:
Financial Services (Insurance, Banking and Payments)
HealthCare (HealthCare Information Management)
