Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience with the RMS (Taleo) and PeopleSoft, or a similar Human Resource Management System is required. Previous experience conducting Reference Checks, including the ability to transcribe a verbal conversation, real-time, ensuring the accurate and efficient recording of information. Previous experience completing Shortlisting. Ability to function independently in a high demand, high volume, and multi-tasking environment is required. Excellent customer service skills are required. Ability to be part of a positive team and work in partnership with other Production Centre/HR teams, as well as internal/external stakeholders. Intermediate reading, writing, and comprehension of English skills required. Must be able to communicate in a professional manner to external stakeholder.

Preferred Qualifications:

Health Care experience is an asset. Previous experience working in Human Resources is an asset.
