As a Regional Sales Coordinator you will oversee all field sales support functions for region, including management of indirect/direct sales budgets, Connexions and MyStore escalations, consignment reconciliation, and point of contact for office building matters. Ensure administrative support is provide for all regional sales functions in a timely, efficient manner.
YOU will manage and control all direct and indirect Ontario sales budgets. Review quarterly rolling forecasts maintain accurate and timely GRs, invoicing and budget planning. Communicate and enforce RBH policies and procedures with the Regional Sales Force and Administration Team. YOU will be responsible to ensure all regional SOX and compliance requirements are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure regional compliance with P&P's and related Internal Control processes. YOU will provide continuous involvement in regional activities, oversee planning of cycle meetings; support the management team with ad hoc requests, and Head Office initiatives or new platforms when required.
