Junior Administrative Assistant Month Contract Jobs Vacancy in Ddb Canada Toronto Jobs Details:

DDB Canada, is looking for a Junior Administrative Assistant for a 6 month contract position to work with the Administration and Human Resources teams. This position requires the ability to keep a primary focus on the vision and image of the company, while managing multiple administrative tasks, including supervising the reception area. If you like to be organized and help others stay organized, chip in on anything that needs to get done and have a laugh while doing it this might be the position for you.

Responsibilities Include:
Organizing and ordering catering for meetings
Managing multiple boardroom calendars
Kitchen support
Booking travel
Reconciliation of expense reports
Human Resources Support
Reception coverage

Required Skills and Experience:
Post-secondary degree or College Diploma in Executive Office Administration or equivalent.
1-2 years being progressively responsible for administration.
Excellent planning, leadership and multi-tasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills including spelling, grammar, and the ability to draft correspondence.
Excellent interpersonal skills including a professional business manner both in person and on the telephone.
Initiative and the ability to work both independently and as a team player.
Fast and accurate skills in various software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote and Outlook.
