What is the opportunity?
The Bird Elinesky Schuett Private Wealth Management Team of RBC Dominion Securities is looking for a Marketing and Client Service Associate to join their team. You will be working as part of a dynamic team with a role that will be focused on Marketing, High end client service and business development. You must be able to work independently but thrive in a team environment. Organization, Creativity and strong communication skills will be required to excel in a fast paced work environment.
What will you do?
Design, prepare and guide the team through an annual marketing plan
Design, prepare and Implement a high end client service strategy
Business events Coordination (Seminars/Business Meetings)
Client appreciation Activities and Events
Preparing and working within an annual Marketing and client service budget.
Website design and maintenance
Client and COI communications
PR and promotional Activities
Business Development Activities
Proactive calling to solicit new business opportunities
What do you need to succeed?
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proven ability to develop and leverage relationships with internal partners and external COIs
Strong Microsoft Office skills;
Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
Positive attitude with an ability to take initiative
Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH)
University degree or college diploma in a related field
Experience in the securities or the banking industry
